Terms of Service
Last updated 16 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the Palda website. They are written to be readable — plain language, no surprises. Paid engagements are always governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of the Palda website at palda.co (the “Site”) and the information and materials on it. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. They do not, on their own, govern any paid engagement — that is covered by a separate written agreement between you and Palda.
2. About Palda
Palda provides premium business software across four products — Palda POS, Palda Homes, Palda Commerce and Palda CX. The Site is informational. Palda is offered on a consultative basis: there is no self-serve signup and no public pricing. Any deployment is scoped and contracted directly with our team.
3. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- disrupt, overload or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
- scrape, copy or republish Site content except as permitted below;
- misrepresent your affiliation with Palda or any third party.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics and the Palda name and brand — are owned by Palda or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Third-party product names and logos shown on the Site (for example, integration partners) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
5. Enquiries and engagements
Submitting the contact form, or otherwise contacting sales, does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Any engagement — including scope, fees, timelines, data migration and support — is set out in a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement governs the engagement.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work to keep it accurate and online, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
